Cause Analysis
In the case of damaging samples and arrangements, the Minghanggroup team investigated it. Inadequate protection of raised information, lack of weight distribution and unsuitable stacking of pallets were identified as the main causes.
Solution
Minghanggroup, as a long-time glass vase manufacturer, launched customized pallet packaging holes and added reinforced corners to the carton box, in addition to the pallet stacking guidelines. Packaging drop tests were also carried out and pallet stability tested prior to shipping.
Result
The updated packaging better protected the decorative glass vases during transit and helped reduce damage-related replacements. Satisfied with the improved delivery reliability, the Swedish retailer continued placing orders with Minghanggroup, establishing an ongoing supply partnership with our glass vase factory.
